American Marketing Solutions is a division of American Enterprises, an entrepreneurial company and the brain-child of American Entrepreneur Rick Upshaw.  American Marketing Solutions also serves as the marketing arm of American Enterprises and its other divisions.

Mr. Upshaw founded American Marketing Solutions in 1988, and American Marketing Solutions was founded one year later in 1989.
