AMS Refund Policy
American Marketing Solutions would like to thank you for your business. We are certain you will be satisfied with our products and services, and we’re committed to the satisfaction of our clients and customers. This being the case, the first thing to note about our refund policy is do things right so that no one will ever ask for a refund in the first place! However, in the unlikely event that someone might desire a refund, and out of a desire for total transparency on our part, we’d like you to take note of our refund policy.
Refunds on Services
American Marketing Solutions is paid on a retainer basis to provide consulting services and to implement marketing services. Clients must provide 30-days notice of their intent to terminate our services. However, at the sole discretion of American Marketing Solutions, it may be possible to receive a refund on any unused portion of a monthly retainer. This possibility is not likely, though, so it’s important that you fully understand this policy before considering a refund request. Clients on a long term contract with American Marketing Solutions should refer to the actual engagement agreement for the refund policy.
Refunds on Products
In the event that you have purchased a product from American Marketing Solutions rather than a service, if you have any problems downloading your materials, please promptly inform your American Marketing Solutions Account Manager. Because our products are available as fully functional downloads or, in case of web based products, as online demos, our clients are able to test and try the products before buying them. For this reason, we offer no refunds on our products as a matter of policy; however, at our sole option and discretion, exceptions can be made under specia and/or unusuall circumstances.
